- 5-10 years technical software development experience
- 3-5 years experience leading team of software engineers
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team, to rapidly develop prototypes, and to bring products to maturity
- Ability to take requirements from a customer and see a product through completion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Programming experience in C, C++, and Java
- BS or MS in Computer Science; equivalent experience will be considered
- Prior consulting experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity with business issues a plus
